New Discussion:What is Tapering? and Why FED will likely taper is September?

According to Drive Alpha point of view about tapering refers to the practice of reducing exercise which is going on daily, weekly and on monthly basis.
For Example: If some one save some amount of money from his/her job or from business and invest it in Forex, Commodities, Real Estate and in Energy sector etc, In order to get return from his/her investment and then due to some issues he/she stop investing by any reason or due to volatility do not want to take risk of its principal and start investing in other dimensions to put its money in the bank or start investing in stocks or not to invest any where is refer to word 'Tapering' that shows some one give up their practices.
Similarly, If we talk about 'FED Tapering' that refers FED is going to stop its bond buying program that ultimately refers that it is going to stop injecting money in the market.

Thanks @Drivealpha now i clearly understand, but i am confuse why FED delayed it why did not it do in August? that's mean once again emerging market going to fall when FED announces tapering?

Welcome @RaheelSiddiqui @deysmacro , we keep three things in focus for measuring FED Tapering stance.

1. If Non-Farm Employment Data in September will come in double digit or less in number.

2. Retail Sales Data, increase in retail sales percentage or data will come better than forecast.

3. Ten Year Government Bond Yield, Significantly increase in 10-year Bond yield.

The reason by which FED delayed tapering was due to bad retail sales number, but in September it will likely to happen as many of the FED members are in favour of tapering ( to close quantitative easing program) and take some risk to accelerate economy with a greater pace, the second quarter GDP was 1% that is not enough for US Economy to boost its economy and to control the rising ten year bond yield that steps need to be taken. This prudently effect the emerging market as all of us have seen in August. The economies which are in current deficit has to taken such measures by which they control their economies and those are in surplus account will not be effected as much as those are in deficit.
