Good evening everyone, I have a problem: my Oanda account doesn't update automatically.Is that normail?

Hello everyone, I've updated the link several times but it still shows no trades. The funny thing is that the account balance is correct.
I want to add that this is only for the fxgame account. My real fxtrade account is updating fine. Does anyone know what could be wrong?

Data is deleted from fxgame accounts on a regular basis, so that might be the reason.

Does the update work on weekends? I tried adding an FXTRade account but it's taking too long. I deleted it and will try again on Monday.

Yes, it works on weekends.
It rarely happens that accounts with a large amount of history records cannot be fetched from Oanda's servers.
We're currently waiting for Oanda to supply us with an API which will resolve this issue and also the issue of an expiring connection.
In the meantime, you can try adding a different account/sub-account.

@Staff how come currensee.com can connect to my Oanda account without any difficulties. Perhaps you could try Currensee's method of connecting to our history?

No, it works with all accounts.
