I need a programmer to make my EA expire monthly. Though I don’t have the source code.

You need to the source code in order to modify your EA.
It is illegal and most certainly a violation of your Metatrader license to have someone decompile it for you.

If it looks too good to be true, it's probably a scam! Let the buyer beware.

If you get the code it will take a few minutes to add that functionality
