I don’t think that demo trading is that helpful. It fills you with confidence and when you go live, it is nothing like what you were doing. Your real trading lessons start when you start trading on your live account and risk your money.

It is okay to use demos by the time you’re ready for a live account. Demo accounts are very good for testing some trades and you get to lose nothing over it.

Overall the trading system looks fine but you can always improve it by trying some different strategies or even pairing them with indicators can work. Good luck.
