Account not updated for last 2 weeks so something wrong here

On 16-03-2011, there had error in alpar-us platform and the trades hit stop loss, immediately open the trades.. Was waiting to alpari to correct the trades,to update the account but still not yet done..
Because of this error, it showed 65% drawdown, but normal drawdown 7%
