You would have to back test 1 pair at a time, it's not really possible to back test cross currency trades. So you'll only get an idea of how it works, but put it on DEMO and let it run and you'll really see how it works.

looking for my first robot. I'm trading manually for the past 7 years. I have quite a large account and two smaller ones which I'm using to test other manual systems I'm intending to put onto my main account after a period of proof of concept etc.
I had a quick look at your system and noted some items. I understand there is cross hedging of pairs which I cannot clearly see from the xl I downloaded of past trading history. I see that 34777 and 35777 algo's are profitable compared to other 3, and that Monday as a day is not profitable. Is it possible for owners of the software to adjust settings to allow for these factors which of course may need changed again as the market is dynamic. I'm not a programmer and have no idea how difficult the process would be if these items cannot be changed from the standard settings box. Please advise

Ian, there's limited ability for you to adjust how the EA functions, best to turn it on and try it on a DEMO and get comfortable with it. You can make some simple requests if needed for adjustments and we will do our best to accommodate.

Looks like the Seven Correlation Pairs EA and using Martingale, take a close look at the history you will notice bigger lot size were opened.

Yes there is some martingale used. But it's controlled.

I now have 28 open orders, mostly negative. Currently 18% DD. Last night reached 22% DD.
I am using default settings, with a 10k starting balance.
I am afraid if things don't turn around, the whole basket may result in 30% stop loss. It will be very unfortunate as this is my very first basket using the EA, hasn't made a single cent from it yet.

Strangely, my post disappeared.
I was answering berdj1's question above.
The EA currently has 28 open positions, mostly in DD. My current DD is 18%, and it was 22% last night.

Never too eager to jump onto new EA especially from Doug Price or recommended by him.
I would wait six months after the launch before deciding to purchase.
ALL his EAs was performing extremely well before the sale, right after the launch, it performed very badly.

Yes, I thought this one would be different as it seems to be from his friend. Maybe it is just another gimmick.

kobebeef: This is NOT Doug Prices EA. And this is a basket trader, you need to use specific risk settings to maintain a safe DD, if your account size is too small you should use a CENT account.
