He sells this EA for $400 as he stated on WWI
You should learn to read correctly because this guy also posted the above mentioned link.
The EA I use is NOT for sale!
It has been recoded completely and is different from Capella's EA.
Capella's EA will never be profitable on real money accounts only on backtest and demo accounts!
