According to the INE, the Survey of Economic Climate in Cape Verde describes the degree of optimism that people who run businesses in the industrial and commercial sectors have about the performance of the economy and how they feel about the prospects of their respective organizations. There are questions about the investment climate, export operations, capacity utilization levels, and employment included in the survey.
