In a good governance company, there is staffs who do the daily job, and a manager who do supervising.

Staff's job is to execute the SOP.

Manager's job is to make the SOP, supervise staff to make sure SOP is done rightly by staffs, and adjust the SOP to suit the need, since the world is always changing.

It is exactly what I do.

Firstly, I learn how to do profitable trading. Then, I make SOP how to trade, to make sure the trading is profitable and last forever.

From the SOP, I make EA to execute the trade.

From time to time, I supervise how EA work and adjust the SOP to make sure the trading better and better.

If there is adjustment on SOP, of course, I have to also adjust or even reprogramming the EA to suit the need. Because market is always changing.

My job is to always be working hard make calculation, back test, forward test, etc., etc.
