I have the same problem : loading data "Please wait while we're loading live data..." for more than two hours... and nothing's coming.

I tried the EA, but it does not install in the Metatrader's file ! Don't know what is the bug !

My problem is that I don't have the button 'connect' in the setting's page anymore. It disappeared when I pushed the button 'use the EA to update my account'. When I try to connect, I have these messages for my older accounts : FTP: login failed - 530 Login or Password incorrect. Publisher: error connecting to ftp.myfxbook.com:21

Please excuse my English, I am French speaking. Publisher seems to work well, I've just created a new demo account and it updates every 5 minutes. Would it be possible to use Publisher for my already created real accounts. Thanks in advance. Regards.

I tried to replace "auto update" by "Publisher", but it doesn't work. "FTP login failed - 530 Login or Password incorrect". "ftp.myfxbook.com:21" is not the right FTP server, isn't it ?
