At least base on my experience, Monthly ROI should be around 40% to 50 or 60% without high aggressive or anything, but most of time monthly ROI use to depend on Account size most time, someone can't have big acct and another person also had small and both of them should be expecting same result, small account will be expecting high Roi and which is basiclly wrong and big account will be expecting low return, because he will understand the law of compounding money, not to focus on too high return system, because one day one day it might crashed and wipe all his money away

Yes you are totally right Fundamental analysis is not for trader at all, because it is too risky... Technical analysis is good and perfect, but it also require to understand the market structure very well and have a good specific time to trade and earn consistency profit as well

Yes taking lost is good rather than blowing off account and this also requires controlling of emotions, maintaining risks and discipline
