Your trades might have been closed by a margin call. Since the provider didn't get a margin call yet, the trades weren't closed hence why you don't see it in the metrics.

Charts and metrics are affected only when trades are closed. Until then, you will see the change in equity on the left of the chart (in %).

As far as we're aware, we did not hack anything. If they don't wish us to connect to accounts, that is their decision which we do respect. In any case they should offer an API just like cTrader are currently working on and other competing platforms, otherwise they will be losing clients.

Yes, you can use the EA. I was referring to the FTP publisher.We've removed the need to click 'switch to EA' option - just run the EA and it will pick up the account.

Problem is that this is not broker related. Brokers use the MT4 platform which is supplied by MetaQuotes - we are being blocked without the broker's knowledge or permission.In any case, we're checking with a few large brokers for a custom solution which may resolve this.
