Stephanus, you were correct - we've made some tests, and there was indeed an issue with your account - it was just fixed. Some other accounts might have been affected, so all accounts should be recalculated within a day just in case.Thanks for your feedback. 😄

The system takes into account a possible margin of error - in terms of deposits, profits, balance etc' - if it's within the allowed margin, the account is still verified. On the next verification cycle, the system will automatically complete the 'missing' trades and will fix any wrong/incorrect trades, so it's not possible to select specific days for upload.

If the account is connected properly, it should update every 5 minutes. I suggest switching to our EA if you're not using it yet, to avoid any connectivity issues which might arise when using the publisher.As to the second question - yes, at the moment the data updates only when MetaTrader is open.

pennyfx, there is already an option of commenting separately per each trade and even add attachments. Just go to your portfolio, to the history tab of a system. You'll see a small icon of a pencil - click on it.

Yes, we've thought about it also in the past and it was suggested by others, but we will need to create some sort of a scoring system where every aspect of the trading is taken into account (period of trading, drawdown, etc').Thanks for the suggestion!

Yes, we do not depend solely on the verification system as it can't be updated as frequently as with the MetaTrader publisher/EA due to load constraints on the broker's side.In any way, the verification system works very well as it is and we've yet to find a way to bypass it.

You're probably referring to an Oanda account? Yes, you can update the link without adding a new profile - just click the 'Edit' button in the settings area for the account in question and update the history link.We're currently waiting for Oanda to supply us with an automated solution.
