If someone wants to better their DD, how does that work ? Coz with the profits rolling in, I dont see the DD going down😄

Even though my drawdown is 75%, my profits are getting more than that 😄So the concept of drawdown sounds more like a school report card like full marks for math but drawdown for geography but can be bettered next time...but drawdown becomes like a bad label it seems

But the drawdown is never affecting the profits rolling in. So a drawdown early does not mean that the account cannot be profitable in the future. I find it odd that drawdown is given so much importance

But why is everyone so concerned about drawdown ? If its happened just once in some time, i feel it does not have any bearing on the future profits.

Indian markets are very difficult to trade. The data is always in the hands of few powerful people, rest all exposed to risk of blind speculation.I have traded most of the emerging markets, i find forex better than stocks 😄

I really find the drawdown concept of no use...unless one is in loss. How can past drawdown be a benchmark of ability, especially when profits roll in 😄

Most of the EAs advertised with their glorious track record are good, but consistency is the name of the game while trading.Yet to see an EA that has worked well consistently for several years at a stretch 😄 I wish such an EA exists....I would put it on autopilot and just withdraw the profits!All play and no work makes Jack a intelligent boy! 😀😁

I have yet to see an EA work under all conditions :-)If I have to keep monitoring the EA at all times during sudden events, its a lot easier to do that with manual trades.Most of the EAs work during certain phases, yes it automates but it causes losses too! 😄

If I had an EA like this, I would NEVER SELL it 😄 Not even for $5000......periodOk may be 1 Million $$ for each sale I could think about that! 😝
