Ya, this is quite the inconsistent issue still as Steve mentioned. And I still keep getting 30 days of trading. So still inconsistent. Not satisfactory. I hope this is the case... I am too annoyed to run this crap on demo for 30 days. It is annoying to even stare at Fusion trading. And clearly, some people only care about appearing nice, decent, and knowledgeable on here rather than addressing the real issues and truths that actually matter. If Fusion clowns won't refund you. Just use your Plimus# and go directly to Plimus and constantly fill out the refund ticket. If you harass both of them enough, they may just give in rather than keep fighting you. Unless you want to waste 30 days running a useless demo and waste your time.

Starting to look like a huge joke eh? If you did two payment option, report your credit card lost. Even if you did one payment, report it lost. Why? Because these Fusion clowns have your credit card info. We read about Plimus vendors charging people like 2-3 months later for small charges and most people overlook it right? Your request goes directly to the vendor and the vendor, in this case the Fusion clowns, will come out giving you the same copy and paste BS of their refund policy which clearly now is all different depending on who replies to your ticket request. It is important to note that GMT offset has very little effect on anything. It really does not. Never eat up nonsense fed to us by these weird EA marketers. Even if your GMT offset input is totally off, it has very little effect on LMD. LMD supposedly notes the day's trading patterns and then jumps on it an hour or so before Asia open. Plimus is just their bizarre payment processor choice. Plimus has no refund policy, they process vendor's refund policy whatever it is. Also, these vendors do not get immediately paid by Plimus. Plimus also has a history of not paying vendors as well. And from what I have heard and read, it takes often well over 30 days for vendors to get paid by Plimus. It's too damn early to speculate about refunds. Only thing you can do, if you bought this, is to stay safe and protect yourself. And that is to report your credit card/check card lost if you opted for the two payment option. And then run the demo to satisfy their current refund policy.
