First swing trade attempt didn't turn out very nicely, but because I applied strict rules, I'm sure the swing will come back and things will be fine. ;)

Of course ultimately, it is about preference and what you value, but just for discussion/fun's sake, let's do this.Who is a better in this scenario, assuming they both have the same ROI, drawdown, win rate and whatever statistics (lot size) you deem to be important-Trader A: the trader that trades the same few pairs over and over or Trader B: the trader that is able to trade many different pairs? Trader A is obviously skilled in the sense that he is able to capture the trend moves, counter-trend moves, all the small and big moves in that same few pairs. On the other hand, Trader B is...

The commodities currencies continue to be the weakest link in the face of trade wars and tariffs. Just ride on it, don't fight the trend.

But EUR/USD also tend to make violent moves that can scare off newer traders or traders who are less calm. Just my thoughts. I am sure traders who track EUR/USD or trade it often enough have seen/experienced it move big both ways within the day.

I use another analysis tool and have the same problem. I am guessing this could just be the nature of how gold is "calculated". Would be great if this could be fine-tuned and sorted out of course.

It has appeared to be the most resilient yen pair today, the only one yet to go red. Would be interesting to see if New York dumps it hard.

Today has been a good day thus far. Clocked in that 20% fast, positioned myself for news trade (GBP), but got stopped out. At one point it had good profits, but oh well, at least I didn't incur any losses. Let's see what US session brings.

I like this idea, but more needs to be worked on. Sometimes I open 3 trades in a single pair because I have TP 1, 2 and 3 for them. So the exact figures and definition would be a bit difficult to work out.

Wow, drawdown is 96%? My broker forces closes once margin is down to 20%. This can be changed of course, but 96% drawdown is essentially betting your entire account..
