Steve, I think your refund will follow soon. This standard text seems like a last resort, when they know all else has failed, and they try one more time to get you to stay in.I copied Plimus support on everything, including the trading account statements. I figure they must be getting weary of all the disputes by now...

Good news!! I just got notification of my refund, and what's more, Paypal already wrote a mail to say the money's in my account. One huge sigh of relief...Don't give up chasing those refunds. Those guys know they tried to change the rules after the sale, which is clearly illegal, and, once you point this out to them, they have no option but to pay up.I got the clue from reading through this stream:http://www.donnaforex.com/forum/index.php?topic=2026.30Check the two posts by tradingdynamo near the end. (I've attached the screenshot he mentions).

I got the same response from Plimus. I'm going to draw their attention to the fact that FRWC's newly stated policy is different from the refund policy as stated on their original sales page. In addition, it appears, from what others in the forum have said, that a precedent has already been set whereby some refunds have been given without a 30-day trading statement being supplied. They can't change the rules just because they see the refund requests flooding in...
