Look on the top menu where you have:
File, View, Insert, Charts ...
Under Insert, you will find Lines (trend line) and lower down there is also pitchfork. Fibonacci tools are separate, which you will also see them.
Below the menu command on far right you will see some shortcut icons from which you can also use Lines and Fibonacci Retracement.
