hello fellow traders,
Am Victor Elliot Obiaeli ,being trading and learning for five years now and finally have got a lot to share and learn from you all.
In the course of five years i was able to limit my losses to the market to $200 and after failing for the eight time i realized my problem was psychological and not technical, then i paused and to gain myself to final feat i was able to start back up a better trader. WHILE am i saying this ,we all must have pass this stage or currently in this stage. and so the brings the need of this thread with the TOPIC The ART of trading, i want us all to discuss about the forex market in all aspects both psychological and technical, also analysis and if any newbie with zero experience wants some mentor who have got time .i will be willing to fall into the line together with other fellows who will be willing to assist.lets share our experience as we learn more .

So, are you working on technical and psychological analysis only? No fundamental?

Yes, psychological analysis is very much important! You may lose with your profitable strategy if you are unconscious about psychological analysis! But, it’s an advance type trading knowledge, so traders need to work with this analysis after learning technical and fundamental.
What is you advanced trading knowledge? Please share!!

That means, your USD Index analysis helps you to trade all of USD cross currencies? Isn’t?

Thank you very much for your answer! But, I think if you add fundamental in your list, that would help you to increase more accuracy in your trading.
My the USD Index is based on USD cross currencies so the logic here is cyclical

Really, never knew it was meant for metals and stocks before i haven't even try them on that but as i know we all make use of what WORKS BEST FOR US and i am okay with Elliot waves on forex pairs. Thanks man .

USD INDEX help me guage the strength and weakness of the US crosses .
so withtthat i can make my conclusion with that and take my trade .same with other index ..
jpy index for jpy crosses
nzd index for nzd crosses
chf index for chf crosses
and so on ..just like that
join me in the trend then we will learn more and discussed more together

In many occasions we let ourselves carry out the work in our account, the knowledge that you have of listening to the people who really have not studied enough? I've been doing little and there are always comments for all sides, I'm about to go crazy.

Here is what i did ,i realized all strategies works well and the human is the only thing that need to be monitored so i concentrate all my effort in learning what really matters and ii focus more on my self with that i don't jump into discussions that doesn't concern my style of trading CONCENTRATE YOUR FORCES TO WHAT COUNTS
