Meanwhile, the EURZAR spread in then Swiss Quoat MT4 system is 30 pip.... (ICM 250-300 pip).
Why this is interesting... because the active balance of your account depends on it!!
!! If your have a weak balance, this may cause your account to be closed !!
This is typical after closing NY and before opening the Nikkei!

Spreads were fine yesterday, thank goodness!! The cause of the error was not communicated yet.

I see your emotional response to this situation and I understand your resentment. But you need to understand - it's some special situation on the market or it happened because of some manipulations from the brokerage company, you need to be very careful!

During volatile market and news release, spreads become wider than usual time. Check economic calendar to find out that.
