My Accounts are pending for more than 10 hours now

I just added some new MT4 accounts today but all of them in the Pending condition..I tried to refresh and Test Sending and Publisher: Ok
What's wrong and why they are not pending.
Note: My Full History is shown ..and all new added accounts are new ones.
