There is one comments from another trader who feels he's been scammed however TJDonavan has put his side of the story on his thread, so interested to hear if others have been blocked and if other traders are finding success with his $700EA. cheers

Yes I was starting to think this is what must be happening, scammers are blocking anyone who they know aren't easily duped and will expose scams as they see them. Well it helps to filter out my list of systems worth further investigation...

Always pay for EA only using PayPal. If vendors says, that it's not possible = he is scammer 99%
Just leave, and move forward.
It's almost impossible to loose money when you are paying by PayPal...
Because for seller ( vendor ) there are no protection, he can't give any proof for paypal, that it's actually delivered what he promised. PayPal offer protection only for tangible goods, with tracking number..

I made for all major pairs 99,9% modelling back tests.

If you run it without manually assist, you only will be flat or get a loss over long time period with always much open positions.

As i tested 10 pairs simultaneous my account crashed totally after the FOMC:
I don't complain about that, because i made a 'hard core' test, but it showed me, how unstable this EA is.

I did't complained before, but he already blocked me upfront since 2 or 3 weeks...😡
I asked friendly for support, but didn't got any useful help.

So this honorable Mr. Donovan just want to sell you his scrappy EA for too much money.., $700 i have heard now. 😡

yes I am blocked also in that discussion thread when I pointed out nothing was verified everything was hidden. I have not even commented. It's obvious that this persistent scammer is keeping a list of those who have the guts to warn others about his scam and the fact these arbitrage systems don't work on real brokers / real accounts. I have alerted Admin, but no action has been taken as yet.

 The question is, how do you know it is a scam to begin with? Just because a person post his or her stats, then happens to blow the account doesn't make it a scam. I really think you guys should focus more on your own trading, and stop trying to be the police of myfxbook.

I agree. The problem is that there are a group of people who assume themselves as the owner of myfxbook and they feel uncomfortable when someone blocks them from posting in their system discussion. Hence, they claim that system as scam.

Since those people(mostly losers) don't have a profitable system and they have to do something else and hence, they love to post negative comments in a discussion when someone shows a good profitable system. When they are blocked, they can't accept that because they feel that it is their right to post comments in every thread.

Really @fxboste ? And several million % profit on demo - is just a 'good profitable system' for you?

Let me tell you.. Big financial institutions are happy if they can make above 15% returns on their investments.
When a negative comment is made, it gives the poster a chance to either answer earnestly why whatever is so.. those who can't, are quick to press the block button, to avoid such questions - which is a very typical scam move...
You are viewing it completely wrong..Traders with negative accounts don't pick on traders who advertise and have positive accounts. Most of the time, such adverts are very unbelievable and unfortunately forex has become the playground for scammers.

But it will be futile to try and get you to think like the majority. Like when you are raised a thief..in your opinion it will always be right to do so, because you were raised in such a way - it will be very hard for you to wake up and smell the coffee.

Just confirming that admin will take no action as technically no rules have been broken on the forum. Scammers are free to target newbies on this forum as long as they don't use abusive language. However they will investigate profiles once people lose $2,000 on an EA that will never work on real accounts only demo as it's an arbitrage system. So be warned admin really doesn't care about warning people or stopping the crime from happening in the first place only after it's already taken place. I have asked again for admin to implement a block count for all profiles similar to the current vouch system, so any user can see how many users all users have blocked which should help newbies to see who are the reliable vendors / users on here. Will see what happens...

I think the block count is an excellent idea. It will be great...I really hope they seriously think about doing that...

But it has been ignored by myfxbook. Not sure why they have a suggestion box if they don't bother implementing any of the suggestions with the highest votes...

Make that 33 yes......C'mon admin...make it happen...it will help so many from becoming prey.. This will save thousands of $ and turn scammers to go try their luck elsewhere.
