Expert Advisors vs. Signal providers vs. AutoTrade... how to chose?

Hi there,
I'm new here, also in Forex.
As my day job (still) needs 90% of my concentration, I am considering automatic trading in MT4.
As far as I can see, there are several options:
- Signal providers
- Expert advisors
- AutoTrade (which I just found here on myfxbook)
What are the (dis)advantages of these? And where can I look for a good one?
There are reviews here, but also in the MQL4/5 community. Which one would be better...

Forex signals themselves are completely legal, and the legal status of the company is nothing to do with you, so you're in no hot water from using the service
