Hello guys, I am CoderFalco
I was start trading in 5 years ago and I have advance trading knowledge, also I am computer engineer too and recently I decide to develop trading tools.
I can develop your strategies and indicators to code for no charge (for now it is free)
codes are going to publish in forum after writing

This strategy is for GBPUDS and ERUUSD, I use this strategy with price action, after the high or low is taken out and a signal is given by the zig zag indicator for a reversal and William percentage range is at -100, I make sure to wait for a reversal candle, pattern or little consolidation for it to break out and retest for my entry model. I also like to take entry if signal is given in supply or demand zone. In a trending market, I like to follow the trend. If stop loss is taken out, I like to wait for the opposite signal. Below is a pictorial description.

what range of the William is exactly gives signal for you ?
about waiting for reversal candle please explain which pattern and how we must use it ?
what you mean consolidation exactly ? how we must to diagnosis that when condition is ok now?
how we must know is it supply or demand zone please explain it

The description of the William and zig zag is there in the pictures I sent, The pictures gives a clear description of the strategy.
I like to see bullish candle rejections on the 15mins time frame.
The reversal patter I like to see are breakout and retest, double top/bottom which doesn't break the high/low of the zig reversal.
When I say consolidation I mean range, when a signal is given by the zig zag and william, sometimes the market doesn't reverse immediately it goes into a ranging market, I will wait for it to break the range and retest it for my entry.

As I understand you want to open position when these 2 are happen in same time :
1)zigzag is at high or low
2)William is 0 or 100
but zigzag indicator doesn't work right in live time , because zigzag pivot can change in middle of way , here is example for that
these 2 images are in same chart and same time , at you see AB line (zigzag line) , and you open position in B , then B pivot removes and replace with C , now zigzag line is AC , but you opened your position at B and that was wrong
how you want to handle this problem in code ?
