Disagree with this, it could allow people to trade your signals which obviously for those people trying to market systems is not wanted.

if ur marketing a system, then you would hide your Orders.
if they are not hidden, then what is the harm in following/learning from the entry/exit price points (as they happen in realtime)?

Not necessarily, there is now a filter that allows people to select systems that only show their history and there are some people that want to see the order history before they would invest in a system. In my case I was asked only today to unhide my history - as it is all visible on Tradency anyway it makes no difference to me to hide my trade history.
Anyway, let's see how people vote on this. I know if it gets approved I'll be one of the first to write an email parsing program that feeds an EA :-)

1. If a trader is happy to alert other people.
2. And users like me are happy to receive email alerts.
3. And youre happy parsing signals to your EA
4. And myfxbook.com are happy because 1,2 and 3 above are happy
.. then we are all happy, so what is the problem?

Providing you can turn it off, no problem.
Although it has just occurred to me that the platform is only actually updated every five minutes at best, so it's a little academic.

this doesn't make sense since the systems do not get updated every sec .... or whenever orders are placed ...
do you really want to get an old signal lol ? exactly I just read your comment steve ...
it would be necessary to convert myfxbook to a signal service and would create more load + bandwidth usage ...

Indeed, the faster way would be to use twitter, as it has no lag time, unlike with emails which can be delayed by several hours.
And as Steve pointed out, anyone who is an account manager or has a working system wouldn't want this feature added for obvious reasons. You could ask the trader in question to connect his account to twitter in order to get the result you want.
Thanks for the suggestion!

Mmmmm - Twitter feed is delayed by 5 mins if using publisher, but if it comes to that point then it's managed account territory already.

I think that's good idea to share trades via e-mail as long as everyone has an option whether to make subscrption possible for others or not
[or even better: option to make subscription possible only for chosen users, so if you sell your robot you can offer one month trial e-mail alerts before selling robot [better than money back if not satisfied].
