if R/R ratio is 1/1 or higher then reverse is ok. otherwise no matter what it looses

When your design strategies and they loose continuously. Do not rush to make conclusion and throw them away. Rather think for a moment " What if i took the opposite trades of this EA ?". This is called Binary Inversion.

Yes of course. For reverse to work you need to have a reasonably high amount of consecutive loss as well
