Thanks for the responses everyone! I think what I meant to say is does anyone using this EA with FX Choice as their broker have results that are similar to the vendors account? Since I'm in the US, they are the closest broker I could find to Synergy that will accept US clients. Thanks for your help!

ForexBrokerInc and Tallinex are both good choices for U.S. clients , low spreads and leverage 1:400 and 1:500. I have had pretty good results so far. Forexbrokerinc. has lower spreads but charges a commision ,where talllinex does not but spreads are a little higher. I have accounts at both for a while now.

im using Alpari uk market account and it seems to be trading ok (fingers crossed)

I sent an E-mail to Doug to ask a refund yesterday, still wait for his reply. I bought the EA via Paypal about 1 months ago. The EA performs very good these days. But for some personal reasons I have to request a refund. Hope everythin goes well and I'll feed back here if I receive the refund.

I have just started actually using it today. Are you facing problems with it ?

Alpari UK Pro have very lower spread.
The inner working of EA is based on indicators etc,which take the data of the server of broker to analyze. Therefore it is not necessary that broker with lower spread can be more suitable for EA.
Maybe you have the same broker but with different kind of account and the spreads are therefore also different,so the execution of this EA will be then also different.
This is a question of EA developer and the developer should develop a kind of EA,which for all broker suitable are. The only thing different is that the more lower spread and commission,then the more profit.

Doug processed and honored the refund the other day. To that I have to give him credit, transaction was also done through Paypal. It's too easy to be critical and negative of EA's, REV Trader pro has performed very well the past few days and weeks. This EA is far better than others out there. I demoed another one(will go unnamed) that performed flawlessly for 1 week. Huge , huge returns. The 2nd week of autotrades, the account got decimated beyond comprehension.
Those like myself who got refunds may very well regret we did. For my own reasons, I had a set criteria that needed to be met before the test phase was concluded. REV Trader fell short on a few of the specifications. Again, that's not to say REV Trader is not a good EA. The new update Doug added has certainly improved and made this EA much more stable and safe. Those who bought the license after the update last month will probably be pleased with the performance. I would expect this EA will be profitable in the coming months, the drawdowns probably be within reason. Many other EA's won't be able to show profitability or safety. I wish Doug and all the REV Trraders the best, good trades and great profits for 2015. For sure I'll be keeping an eye on REV Trader

No. The EA works fine. It's an amazing EA. It's my problem.

Guys, the differences in pips are probably caused by slippage and different broker price feeds. Even if you get same broker as the seller (SynergyFX), it may not work exactly as seller because the VPS may be far from the broker's server.
In order to really get exact results as seller, you need the same VPS, including location, and same broker.
In order to cut slippage, and for those who are not on SynergyFX, one thing that can be done is opening an account with a really fast broker out there. For example, ICMARKETS True ECN account and put the EA on a VPS on New York Equinix connection.
Ping times from Beeks VPS to IC Markets NY4 servers are as low as 0.5 milliseconds by the way. This might make it working, just a thought.
Could please till us how to measure ping time to a market. How did you know their IP address ?

Just ask the broker's support about IP of exact server & ping it from the VPS you selected. SynergyFX SFM-Live server IP is 176.124.191.131
