I have run the EA in live account for 10 days and it made only 2 miserable trades with a profit of $1.07. I have followed the exact instruction on the manual - load the set files and modify the Order2Distance and Order3Distance as advised in the "important update note" text file, it still does not trade. I have sent more than 1 emails to support to check if settings is correct and nobody reply. I have to say after 10 days of trial with 2 miserable trades and only $1.07 profit plus NO AFTERSALES SUPPORT, my decision to buy this EA is a bad one. So I have published my trading results for everyone to see and decide if you should buy. It will also serve as an evidence if the EA fails after 60 days, I can claim a full refund.

Dear be patient, this is a good ea and require lot of patience. This ea don't trade every day. It looks for best opportunity, just wait little more. If you want fast results then change Stochastic level from 80 to 70 of all pairs.

Anyone complaining about lack of trades.. this is what causes you to lose in trading. You want trades even when there is not a trade opportunity. Why force trades that aren't there? It's just going to result in losing money. The system trades when the strategy aligns. Be patient. It will have high volume periods of time and slow periods. Let it run.

If you install the EA properly, and you dont do business with doggy brokers, you will come back here with good report.
also If you dont have the virtue called Patience, you wont make the best use of this EA. It may not place a trade for a whole week! But once its does, the winning rate is extremely high.

Why do you need a backtest when you have a forward test started a year ago with a real account?

I may be out in left field here, lets see what others think (especially Doug).
RTP is programmed to trade small reversals that follow the 1H and 1D trend. If you look at the RSI(14) and the Full Stochastic (14/7/1) in the daily, weekly and monthly time frames you will see that a major trend change is imminent. That may explain the recent run of losses and the lack of trade opportunities since there is no trend right now. On the other hand, for the first little while that the robot was used back in 2013 and early 2014 there was no trend either and it did very well.
Any thoughts on this?

I agree 100%, I have seen this as the biggest reason for failure in trading (anything not just forex). Anyone forcing trades that indicators aren't there are simply gambling.

My account is big enough that i should not have margin issues using RTP.. But I was surprised when they changed me from 1:400 to 1:50.. But I am still making money and that is all that really matters.. :)

My chart looks bad because this was the first week on that brand new account. Had a few trades this week but wound up down 5.9 pips for the week. I ran RTP on a different account first 3 weeks of Jan, I am using that account for manual trading now. My overall results for Jan 2015: I made 153.1pips, but this month has been very up and down. Add me to your watch list and follow my results..

Doug@RevTraderPro, you miss my point. I am not complaining about lack of trades but NO AFTERSALES SUPPORT. I have sent email to ask for advice if my setting is wrong and there is no reply. Am I supposed to assume that setting is correct and let it runs for the next 50 days or so only to discover that is my fault for remaining patience ? Seriously, you need to do something about support. I hate to rant the frustration here but looks to me that it works - I got a reply right after I posted here. Nevertheless, to do you justice, I will set risk level to 4%-5% as you suggest. I will also top up fund and let the EA runs for the remaining 49 days. My URL has the published results. I am still hopeful that my decision to purchase RTP is a right one. Thanks for replying to my email.

I was using default 1 trade settings. just have them adjusted. no trade has been placed so far. will compare to the author once it starts trading
