I use supply & demand, support & resistance, some smart money concepts and open range break outs. I'm frequently looking to map multiple strong confluences on top of each other to get strict sniper entries that few can achieve.
There is a lot of discretion in how I approach the markets when I trade manually, so it's not very systematic. I do have check-lists that I like to follow, but I do trust my gut, and every trader worth anything will tell you the same.
