I initially came from a different platform when my trading group switched to moneta markets. Better spreads, faster price feeds (at least that’s genuinely how it seems to me) and quick response times from the customer service teams - happy user

I am a fairly basic trader so it’s hard for me to comment on the more extensive tools a seasoned trader may use. But out of the few platforms I’ve tried as a beginner this is my favorite.

A minha experiência na Corretora Moneta é positiva até o momento . A mesma oferece uma plataforma moderna e execução rápida. Os métodos de depósitos e levantamentos são instantâneos . Vai desde a facilidade do Pix , cartão de crédito e outras carteiras como Criptomoedas e etc . O suporte funciona muito bem , são sempre atenciosos e eficientes . Já teve ocasião que fui atendido no domingo de manhã .

What would you improve about Moneta Markets?
Execution speed can lag a bit during major news releases, so I’d love to see more consistent performance when the markets get volatile. Also, the deposit and withdrawal options work fine, but adding more local payment methods or faster processing times would make it even better. Lastly, a wider range of tradable instruments and more advanced charting tools would be a nice addition for serious traders.

Funding the account using crypto has also been very simple. They support different coins and networks, and every time I've used it, it was fast and smooth.
I contacted support once, and a real person replied quickly and solved my doubt or question right away, which I really appreciate.
The platform has always worked well for me. I've never had any issues, whether using a demo or a real account. Personally, I use MT5, but they also offer other platforms to choose from. I also like that they have real ECN accounts, which are perfect for scalping.
