Hi, first of all you need at least 3 months of historical data. Regarding your first question, you need at least the previous 3 months with less than 50% drawdown so watching your account you could start becoming a provider 3 months from the 30 of december supposing you will not hit the 50% dd again in this period.I am not sure about your second qu...

Thats curious. Dont look for 0.1 or 0.01 lot size. Its better to look for low contracts, like eg 10 contracts for indices. This will make You able to enter market at lower margin needen when have 1:100 leverage.
