My guess would be he's using the old 'Jump on the most popular threads to promote my own stuff' trick.

hello everyone, i am running KeltnerPRO on eurjpy, it opened a sell position yesterday and i moved the SL manually to a higher lever however in the morning i see the position was closed, not on the SL and not for margin issue, did anyone had an issue like this before with manually set stop loss?

Check your log. It should tell you what happened. If not ask your broker.

I think Keltner will close positions before they hit the SL.

Give the EA time.. every system will face a draw down at one point or another. But over all this EA has a nice strategy, I believe it will be profitable in the long run.

I know it will fail at some point. Haven't seen a commercial EA that didn't fail yet. The trick will be spotting when it has failed. A hidden stop loss will extend it's life span in my opinion.

so... may be you'd better stop to invest in a commercial EA and use a free efficiant one?

In the future i think the best way to profit from this EA will be to use it as a signal generator, wait for it to go in drawdown and then trade it, as it is good at getting the direction right
