Hi OdilBek
It took a bit of patience but I have a live account set up which you can review here: https://www.myfxbook.com/members/Succe55/leotraderpro/74943
I started trading with it after the quiet period during Christams. I have it set up on VPS with a London based server just up the road from my broker AlpariUK.
I have so far received all of the trades that their live account has taken and they have opened within 1pip of thier prices. So far so good :)

I have to admit that placxing trades, with an average gain of 20 pips for a 330 pip stop loss, is a little crazy because on stopped out trade can easily blow out any gains made or if you have not made any gains it can soon blow your account. The only saving grace with this 'signal service' is that their abilty to pick winning trades is VERY consistent. Unlike Raymond who is moaning that the EA is 'sitting on it's hands' I believe that sometimes 'not trading' is the right trade to be in. If there are not 2 trades per day to be reliably made why would LEO make a trade??? The whole idea is for an EA to know WHEN to trade and WHEN NOT to trade.

I am happy with this EA for now and will be as long as it can avoid the 330 pip loss (although this often more than enough room for most reversals to turn around in, given enough time) If the stop is hit before I make enough profit to cover the loss then I will probably have a different view ;)

For those with less patience and belief then there is a special link in the ClickBank ticket window where you can bypass the vendor and ask ClickBank for a full refund. If you keep changing the ticket status form 'tech support' to 'refund' you could be there for a few weeks. Just read through the options :)

Happy trading
Graham :)

Hey Graham,

I'll keep an eye on your live account before I get too excited about Leo...I admit, it does look very promising and if it is as reliable in your live trading as their posted results, I'll be jumping on board too!

Cheers,

Jason

Hi Graham,

Took a peek at your account. Was that 51.7 pip loss a LTP trade? Looks like they sent a close signal. For me that same trade is still open with a -37 pip drawdown. However, my LTP was already refunded but I've not close the MT4 or the chart so it'll keep trading for a while till I quit LTP. But maybe the termination of the license also stopped the close signal from being sent.

Well I start to believe that this is not an automated system and that the Leo team just sends manual signals. They closed the GBPUSD position to me as well with -45pips loss...

The demo account on myfxbook never closed a trade early...

I got my refund several days ago. LTP disconnects from time to time. After the last disconnect my LTP is disabled but the gbpusd trade is still open with a 75 pip drawdown. Will close it out manually or let the thing take profit eventually. It could be a long wait.

That's the thing that irks me about LTP. On their live account the trades remain open till they take profit, but I've been closed out twice with over 100 pip loss. But I would not have wanted the profit trade either because on both of those missed trades the eventual drawdown was over 200 pips.

LTP has lousy trade opening rules. It looks like the 330 pip SL is necessary for it to not get stopped out all the time. Think it was on donnaforex or FPA where someone said take any lousy EA. Put a 330 pip SL on it and suddenly wow...it looks good!

Exactly, poor RR EAs tend to look good in the short term but in the long term they're a failure.

Interesting to note that on my demo account, I had the losing GBP/USD trade. Either side of it I had a small winning trade.
On Checking the 'Live' account of Leo Trader, the losing trade was missing. The two winning trades were there though.

Mighty Suspicious.

I also agree with your statement about the RR totally ridiculous. Will stay with it for a while before trying for a refund.

Well what do you know. LTP just took its first 330 pips loss a few minutes ago on the USD/CHF, and if the GBP/USD fall another 70 pips it will suffer the same demise. I'm just guessing but I believe more than a few people are going to ask for a refund.

Anybody here familiar with Forex Growth Bot? LOL. It has an investor password so that you can view its performance live. FGB has some losers but nothing close to a 330 pips loss, it also has the same 500% profit as LTP, and cost half the price of LTP.

I got my refund for the LTP last week, but have been watching the Forex Growth Bot and the Cable Run EA's. The only problem with the Cable Run EA is that its $249.00 with no money back guarantee at all, so the FGB for $70 bucks and a money back guarantee is the best bang for the buck.

Sorry all, never looked at the open trades. My loss is still trading in the Leotrader account. If mine had been a real money account I would have thanked the early close. Anybody know why it happened?

Are there assumptions that he's making real trades that are not following demo system? This looks real good though! Great Trader!

I've traded different brokers with same system and sometimes by one pip the market differentiates with other accounts. If you're broker is a market maker then it can be manipulated by a few pips difference.

Well LTP just took it's first 330 pip loss this morning on the eurusd, losing $132.28 on their live account. From Jan 1st to Feb 9th they only made $105.25, so with the lot size they have been trading at lately, it could be well over a month before they make this loss up. That is what really sucks about LTP and I think it might be too late to get a refund for me. But luckly for me I did not take that loss because I hedged that losing trade and have been manualy trading the down trend. But I'm sick of manual trading and fixing the mistakes of bad robots. When will we ever have a robot that we can truly set it and forget it...

This is not the first 330 pip SL. The usd/jpy upsell had a SL not long ago also.

Just signed up here after reading all this pertinent info to LTP. A few words on the continuing discussion.

1.) LTP is indeed the FT team. How do i know this? I was running FT during the latest EURUSD down trend. After quickly researching some of the trade history here, I noticed the same trade LTP opened and closed and SL and TP were exact same in my MT4! FT listed SL as 1.34359, TP at 1.37909, opened at half past noon Feb 3rd until Feb 14. LTP and FT may or may not be different products; the bottom line is the same minds are behind it all. Take from that what you will. Hint: I lost 331 pips on that trade equaling you guessed it.. $330. And I foolishly believed it would bounce back so i rode until it stopped out. OOPS...

2.) I just filed for refund in Clickbank. We'll see how that develops.

3.) If any of you have the unfortunate chance of seeing a Hotforex ad, please pass them by. The way they conduct business is on par with HYIP scams. I've been with FinFX for over a month concurrently and am pleased with them overall despite any possible collusion scenario(s) with the LTP team. If at the very least, check them out on a demo for their spreads.

Got a full refund no questions asked on LTP. If I want to set TP for 25 pip gains with 330 SL, I can do that on my own with buy/sell stops/limits. I don't need an EA for that.
