Hi BP

what a bad news for this additionnal charge of 9,99$. It's 1% of less profit per month :(
BP, It would be great of asking them to minimize this fee

You must be joking?

I've already mentioned it is that or a minimum of USD 10,000 initial deposit.

Plus the profit you'll make, if we use BPGE as an example, more than makes up for this and is well above 20% per year.

I'm really not amused by complaints about such an insignificant fee. Extremely shortsighted.

Hi BP,

Hé hé, not joking but a little bit dreaming :)
Sorry for my complaints.
Surely I have not as much money than you, but you're right Bpge is so profitable.
Let's forget this 12% profitless for my account only for this first year.

Thanks for all of your kindness my bro, Your
Best regards.

But priorfx told the fee deducate neteller. If neteller deducate the fees, fees deducate from neteller account and neteller account history show that fees deducate. But neteller does not deducate any fees. Fees deducate from priorfx account. Why they are chitting? Dont understand. Whats your opinion bp?

priorfx front page showing they have neteller deposit option, but in account page you cannot find neteller deposit option. for e-wallet they only support skrill. i have send them e-mail a week ago still no response from them.

i don't know how big is problem with hotforex, but clearly priorfx is not suitable for very small investor. it would be nice if BPGE contact with hotforex to find any solution that those problem will not happen in future and consider to run an account with hotforex as well.

i invested BPGE 5~6 month and result was really impressive. well even if BPGE don't want to stay with hotforex sooner or later i have to join priorfx.

As explained several times previously, they are updating their client area.

Neteller is definitely still available.
While we wait for update to the client area to be completed, go to their main webpage and login from there using the details provided in the 'account credentials' email you will have received from them.
You will see Neteller as a deposit option.
Other than this, use the same login method as you have been.

To make it absolutely clear, I will never ever run any sort of account at hotforex ever again. I thought I made it very clear that they cannot be trusted.

@Franck44 I've sent you a message on this.

I raised this issue just now with PriorFX's head of admin.

If anyone has to wait more than 1 business day to get a reply - I repeat, *more than 1 business day* - then please message me and I will give you the email address of their head of admin and he will follow it up personally.

For those who have problem with not get reply from support, I think it' s best to use their live chat support, you will get answers in a couple of minutes. Of course if they are online, because I don't think they are online 24/7.

I talked to neteller by phone call 3 times. They told me that they do not deducated any fee for marchent. And they also told if neteller deducated any fee, this fee deducated from neteller accoun not from forex broker account. Why priorfx took this fee? Bp say about this please.

I've mentioned already that I don't work for either Neteller or PriorFX right?

As far as I know, Neteller/Skrill/whoever charge the merchants/broker/poker sites/whoever a fee.
Some merchants etc absorb this fee (but often have shitty deposit limits), and some do not absorb this fee but pass it on to the customer. Exactly the same as a credit card transaction maybe costing you an extra % or two at some places if you pay by credit card.

As you're already aware, PriorFX charge a fee for deposits using e-wallets. It's on their website and I've even put a picture of it on here!
So, when you make a deposit using Neteller/Skrill/whatever other e-wallet, there will unbelievably obviously be an amount deducted to cover this fee.

The only concern you should have is that the fee is the correct amount or not.

Can you please stop asking me now? :)

The 3.1% might be what net teller /priorfx be charging you. The excess might be charged by VISA/MASTERS as an overseas charge as the origination of net teller/ priorfx might not be from your home country. Please go and look at your credit card T&C.
I experience this before as well.

Hi BP33

My account is activated since yesterday afternoon with sector1 moderate.
Is it normal that i've got at this time a drawdown of 11% on myfxbook with 59 open trades without any closed trades ?
My profit on my priorfx is -210 $ now with a balance of 1000 $...

Thanks for answer.
