Consolidation continues for EUR/USD and I doubt it will end before U.S. Fed releases minutes from Jan. 27-28 FOMC Meeting on Wednesday.

Consolidation continued today for EUR/USD. The pair is still testing the resistance at 1.1450, but I think that it will reach 1.1600 should it be able to break above the resistance.

It looks like EUR/USD broke above the resistance at 1.1350, despite the several doji candlesticks it formed in the daily filter chart right under it. I think that next target is likely 1.1550, perhaps even 1.1600.

The EUR/USD consolidation continues. Even if the pair breaks below the support at 1.1270 we cannot be certain that the bearish trend will continue unless it breaks below 1.1150 too.

Yesterday I thought that EUR/USD might have a chance to break above the resistance at 1.1350 and reach 1.1600, but after it formed a marubozu and a spinning top candlestick right under the aforementioned resistance in the daily filter chart I am not so sure any more. It will likely move to the downside and continue the bearish trend or it will form a double bottom at the support at 1.1150 and continue the correction.

Personally, I think if EUR/USD manages to break above the resistance at 1.1350 correction will continue for now and the pair will likely keep climbing until it reaches target 1.1600.

The US Non-Farm Payrolls certainly had an effect. The EUR/USD pair could not break above the resistance at 1.1470 and fell over 100 pips. Unfortunately it couldn't break below the support at 1.1320 either, so I suppose range will continue.

I agree, the pair is still testing the resistance at 1.1470, but it is unlikely to break above it before the Non-Farm Payrolls tomorrow.

EUR/USD reached the resistance level at 1.1530 and formed a shooting star candlestick right under the resistance in the 4-hour filter chart. I think it will keep dropping until it reaches target 1.1370 and then the range from the past week will resume. That said, I am curious to see what effect the US Non-farm Payrolls will have on the pair on Friday.

The pair did react and moved to the upside again. It looks like correction contiues. Next target is likely 1.1530.

The EUR/USD narrow range continued today and any big changes are unlikely to happen before Monday. I think the target of this consolidation is likely around 1.1450 but what will follow next depends on whether the pair will manage to break above that level.

Consolidation continued today for the EUR/USD in the form of a narrow range. The pair has been testing the support around 1.1280 but couldn't break below it. There's very little volatility at the moment and that might continue until next week.

It looks like the retracement on the EUR/USD might last a little longer after all. I too think it will likely retest the 1.1460 level. That said, there's no indication that the bearish trend is over, so retracement or not, the pair will likely continue dropping.

The EUR/USD chart opened with a small gap after the elections in Greece on Sunday which the pair quickly recovered and it appears to be consolidating again. I think the bearish trend isn't over yet and next target is likely 1.1000.

EUR/USD is in a state of freefall and dropped over 500 pips for a single day, breaking below the 1.1200 level. Next target is likely 1.1000, but I think that it will eventually reach parity.

ECB's rate decision and Draghi's press-conference certainly had an effect on the market. EUR/USD broke below the support at 1.1540 and continued on its way down to break below 1.1400. Next target is likely 1.1300.

Another slow day for the EUR/USD pair. I am sure that after tomorrow's ECB rate decision and Mario Draghi's press-conference the market would be anything but slow. And then there're the Greek elections on Sunday. This is like the calm before the storm.

EUR/USD formed several dojis in the 4 hour filter chart under the resistance level at 1.1610 and slowly began dropping but it hasn't broken below the support at 1.1540. Frankly, I don't think we can expect big movements before ECB monetary policy statement on Thursday.
