I can't place trade , why ? it gives me response that " TRADE IS DISABLED" WHY ?

I uploaded documents, but I always mask my signature. Verification has failed because of that, as FX Choice support says. I just resigned and have sent them info to delete all my data that I provided and close my account. Thank you and have a nice day.

wts the contest server ?
When I used FxChoice-Classic Demo , can Log in but trade disabled
When used FxChoice-ECN Demo , it says inavalied acc
when used FXChoice-Demo (got it to my mail ), cant login...

this morning I placed an order which has been accepted, but now it's gone !!! In addition, the account is disabled by the insertion orders ...
I sent my documents, how do you say that I have yet to be verified as identity !!!

Hi my ea did not open position as says trade is disabled account number 41934 user 2809 Please fix it

This is what I did too - I asked Fx Choice to delete my profile with them.
I definitely will not open a real account with FX Choice. No way !

I'm sure FX Choice had not anticipated the overall reaction with the Verification process. Instead of perhaps encouraging new clients they have managed to upset people. Good work guys.
It seems even if you did give them your ID for verification it is a lottery that it worked for your entry to the comp.
I will certainly remember them as a broker to avoid.
In a month they will be gone and hopefully a real broker will be up and running.

...wow...a lot of the top leaders are going in on "sell" on Gold with 1 to 8 lot size.......hehehe...if Gold suddenly drop that would wipe out quite a numbers of competitors 😁
I am still feeling out the market at the start of the trading week and is going in with mixed currency pairs with 0.1 lot sizes....no balls to go in with bigger lot size....I think my trading habit on live accounts is difficult to break 😁

That's good news for you. The verification prerequisite already eliminated 2/3 of the contestants. 😇

unbelievable, my trading account is still disabled.
I trade Forex using my Bollinger Trend PRO mt4 indicator.

My pending order was run over a few times without being triggered and I had to open a position manually....hummm...quite frankly I am not very impressed with FXChoice trading platform performances because if that happens in real live account that will be cause for great concern.

For me also this company maked me to be very suspicious it can be more like a scam one. I've sent them my mobile phone bill and it was rejected, they told me they don't accept it. Where in this world an online phone bill document is not enough to proove your adress as long as it is the same as in the Identity card's details I've already sent.

I have been keeping quiet until now. What a shambles. First, account was reset and $40 profit just disappeared. Then, huge gaps in the price feed. Now, my trailing stops are being ignored. Large profits are just disappearing as the prices drift right through my stops.
The online support people at FXChoice tell me that I should report the problems to myFXbook. But, these are server errors and, IMO, nothing to do with myFXbook.
I won't even get into the problems with creating accounts and submitting documents.
I'll give it another few hours and then I'll give up.

Why do need verification for the rest of 3000 people?
excellent , only verify the winner just simple as that , and the competition rule not mention anything about verification , so be carefull to give your ID , I am out .
