I had good demo experience
Thus I have opened new real account
I made small profit about $100 so I tried to withdraw half of that.
It was rejected without good reason.
I am either going to solve it after New year or I will cancel account and try to withdraw all

how did you convince them to refund to credit card?
The only option I had was withdrawal to bank account with $20 fee.

I made the deposit through CC, they will send the funds back to your card up to 100% of your deposit amount, and it'll recognized as a refund. Once this 100% reached, then the only way to withdraw is by transfer, either by local transfer or wire transfer.
I had this experience before with pepperstone, and icm seems working on a same method, and they send funds from NAB if you withdraw by wire transfer. Actually I can choose to withdraw by wire, but as what you said earlier, it'll cost you some fees and not always worthy depends on how much you want to withdraw.

yes, this is classic refund. but profit must withdrawal example in bank account or other system
Best rebate for IC Markets 1,60 RTL+ armada markets 10% commision back + next 30 brokers company only in . Who will give you more?

@vontogr: Yeah, the standard procedure per dunkdenk is that you can refund up to your deposit for credit cards, but must withdraw the rest by other means.
That all said, I've exciting news; fund transfers between IC Markets and Global Prime are now available!
"IC Markets & Global Prime have come to a mutual agreement to allow fund transfers between both brokers. If you are a Global Prime client and would like to transfer funds across to IC Markets you can do so. If you are an IC Markets client and would like to transfer funds to Global Prime you can also do so. You'll still need to meet the conditions of both brokers to facilitate a B2B transfer - please speak to Global Prime or IC Markets if you require assistance with transferring funds between brokers."

I had use international bank withdrawal an it just took 2 working days.

IC Markets is a good retail broker, just take care to stay away from the market in the exact moment of high impact news release or Central Banks talks (in order to avoid bad slippages).

- Who ic ICM owner ? I could not find any information on the net about it. Are they a group of partnership or an individual own ICM company ?
- Now let's say, suddenly ICM owner passed away, what is going to happen with the client's deposit ?

IC Markets are a substantial registered company in Australia. The company's ongoing success and operation is definitely not dependent on any single individual.
More importantly.........as with all Australian brokers they are ASIC regulated with client funds held in segregated accounts.
