That's how trendfollowers work betowm, you buy at the top and sell at the bottom. If you set stop losses, and the strategy is good, one breakout will offset the many losses you'll get from following the strategy.

I'm pretty sure it does too from what I can see on the charts, but it runs on a 15 min supposedly so the retracements it buys on are pretty shallow.

Personally, I don't understand why people don't look for stability.
I respect the big numbers. But for me a system that was good in the past but in the present time is not having profits every month....that sytem needs to be adapt.
But everyone is free to choose according to their understanding.
Am I wrong?

Those that have had the bot running on live for a while now, do you shut the bot down early on the Friday for NFP release or is it used as normal?

@pepsi, it should close your positions itself, be warned it will close the positions too if you restart your mt4 (think I'm correct here),

Yes it works, but it's not for the faint hearted. If you can't take drawdown, don't use it.

FBG EA is like a vampire sucking blood 90% of all the time from the trader, but allowing to recover time after time!

I lost 10k on the fgb bot. it really is a vampire. Well, Thats btw
I ran into a post on another forum concerning a platform from "hedge-cloud trading". Anyone using it? Can't post any links here, nonetheless their webpage can be found by a simple google search.

2. I'm intrigued to know how you know it can be found with a google search when you saw it on a forum.

Oh it's easy to lose money with FGB. If you started it on July 8th and left it running until August 3rd you would have had considerable losses. I would be more interested in what period it was run from. There are certainly people out there that have lost with FGB but it's generally down to
1) Not using default settings
2) Trying to manage orders themselves
3) Using a dodgy broker
4) Not monitoring for potential platform issues ( as FGB doesn't set a hard stop loss )
5) Not trading it long enough
