become an answer: "you asked for refund, but you not provide any reason for your refund. Our EA NOT loss (burn) your acc. "
if the vendor say "not satisfied by the performance" and "no question" and the customer is not satisfied by the performance... then start the reimbursement process!
why did you ask question and need a reason?
if your site is wrong, correct it, but the vendor has the obligation to reimburse when asked because it was what he said before the correction.

You do not want to sacrifice profit for frequency. Although we do have more chance of profit with more trades, there is also more chance of losing money. Please don't mess with something that is working. On that note is everyone getting the same profit as the vendor's accounts.

what about starting a demo acc with hyghier trading frequencies so we can watch it as it goes,i'm thinking about buying it cause seems to be one of the best ea on the market right now,just need to know more about of its possibilities
