High leverage like 100x might seem appealing for fast gains, it also significantly increases the potential for losses. Starting with lower leverage such as 10x has helped me focus on building a solid foundation and understanding the market dynamics. In my view, protecting your capital and gaining experience gradually is far more sustainable than taking unnecessary risks early on.

I treat demo trading as seriously as real trading to build strong habits without the risk of losing actual money. I follow my trading plan and avoid overtrading, which helps me practice discipline, manage risk effectively, and make thoughtful decisions. It helps me get emotionally prepared for real trading.

People lose when they over trade. Controlling emotions and greed is the key for risk management in trading. Rest is secondary.
