Using a stop loss is definitely one of the smartest money management tools out there.. I usually set my stop loss based on recent support or resistance levels, or sometimes I use a fixed percentage of my trade size to keep things consistent.

This kind of journaling is super useful. Being able to clearly list mistakes and the amount saved feels like a good way to stay grounded and not just focus on wins. High leverage like 100x might seem appealing for fast gains, it also significantly increases the potential for losses. Starting with lower leverage such as 10x has helped me focus on building a solid foundation and understanding the market dynamics. In my view, protecting your capital and gaining experience gradually is far more sustainable than taking unnecessary risks early on.
