0.01 is a minimum lot size to trade.

Can we not take trades over 0.01 lot? Is that the max size for each trade?

Why can't I place any trades in the new order window or see the one click buy/sell buttons? my account is still deactivated! I even tried re-signing in, closing and reopening MT4, but no luck.
