Hi, I asked this before but I didn´t saw my topic listed...
I´m new at this and I´ve been practicing in a demo account for over a month now.
I´d like to know if its better to start with certain pairs that may help understand the market better?
Maybe it´s a stupid question but also maybe not... lol
Thanks to everyone in advance.

Keep practising, experience will answer your question.
A pair might suits you for a while... and then not anymore.
They are alive and changing.

You cannot just understand the market better in general. Each pair is a separate market. So many factors involved with the selection of proper pairs to trade. Spend enough time on learning the basics first. As rob559 said - Babypips is a good place to go! Good luck!
Need for speed!

I don’t think there’s such a thing as universal best pairs to start. The pairs that are best for you as an individual, depending on your needs as a trader, are a different matter. For example, at what time do you trade (i.e. during which session?). Do you prefer to trade range or trend? And so on and so forth.
There's no such a perfect pair for the first time you trade in Forex, however, it will always depend on what will be the best pair if you get to be updated with the news. I read the blog, and it is very helpful. You can check this one: https://itrader-reviews.com/ for reference. Recently, I just pair USD/EUR and I am feeling great with it.

I checked the link and I didn't see any clear reference to what you are saying. Maybe not necessary to post links like that referring to a brokerage website.
