If you wish to trade with Binance you need to keep several things in mind: the company is based in China, which means there may be issues with regulation, it’s very new and it does not accept fiat currencies. (https://www.forexbrokerz.com/brokers/binance-review) That means you already need to own cryptocurrencies to trade there.

Binance is only a crypto to crypto exchange. They do not support fiat currencies.
Do you want to trade just cryptocurrencies? or fiat too?

Yes, Binance is a crypto currency exchange. Probably, they are going to add fiat deposits and fiat to crypto trading in coming months.

Though I don't have much money there in that exchange, but based on my experience and research it seems to be a relatively reliable exchange as compared to other crypto exchanges considering various aspects like security, first deposit and withdrawal times etc.

NOTE: But don't just go by my words. Make sure to do your own research properly before adding any money to any exchange especially into a new and emerging market like cryptocurrencies.

But till now I think; Forex brokers are much better option than the crypto exchanges! Since, Forex brokers are regulated.

Agreed, it is much safer - and not nearly as risky, plus can make money on either direction... crypto cfd's through a regulated forex broker is best way to go. Here are a list on forex brokers offering cryptocurrency cfd's - https://www.forexchurch.com/cryptocurrency-forex-brokers

Fully agree with you, it is more difficult to learn trading on crypto-exchanges than trading cryptocurrencies with a CFD broker (like any of these https://www.thatsucks.com/crypto-brokers/). If you would like to trade Bitcoin or Ethereum or any other of the major cryptocurrencies I will recommend doing it through a CFD broker, where you can use platforms like metatrader, which we all know. For me it was very difficult to learn Binance and especially Bittrex that's why unless you want to trade one of the small and not so popular crypto-assets than better don't go for these platforms.

I don’t even want to play the binary ... This is worse than a casino and can be drained faster money ... Why do I think so? Because I have a sad experience.
