Order closed history

Recently, I noticed a strange occurrence on the closed history vs the open orders. I see some trades that were closed properly in the history, but still shows up in the open orders. Can someone please explain how this can happen?

There was some sort of problem with the servers I guess. In another thread people were complaining about cancelled orders still showing open.

Thanks the info. It was just a little unusual to see that. I don't recall ever seeing that before. Just to clarify they are not cancelled trades they are closed trades that are showing up in both the open trades and closed trades.
