Who found what's wrong with the following sentence (it is part of the rules of their bonus)
2.2 Only verified users can participate in the promotion. For verification, you should download the scam of your passport to Private Office

ScaN or ScaM? is that your typo or theirs? and download should be upload (upload a scanned copy).
For every loss there should be at least an equal and opposite profit.

Yes exactly :)
Of course it is their typo the promotion page is full of such typos, moreover half of the email remains in Russian:)

But as I see there are many problems except of grammar:

They promised me 100% credit for depositing $500USD, received nothing.
To deposit funds, and withdraw funds, it is a nightmare. using russian middlemen websites to be able to transfer money over. Some websites had system errors. if you like spreading your credit card numbers all over Russia then go for it.
No data flow in MT4, sometimes waiting 5 minutes for data, they will blame your internet connection.
So maybe they have also problems with personnel department?)

No ofensemeant but I would never trust Russian broker having terrible experience with Insta

Insta is really one of brokers I don't want ever to deal with. I cannot say that it is about all the Russian brokers, but it's exactly about Insta.

The price feed sucks, execution sucks and support is terrible.
They did even delay my withdrawal for 2 months.

Glad for you, you are the one of a little number of that guys who can be named as "lucky")). I heard many different opinions about Insta - both positive and negative. And all negative reviews I heard were about withdrawals.
