Pips or win rate have nothing to do with martingale.

Certainly not a bad account! He could simply attach another account running 10 times risk and still get a great gain for low DD, quite a nice system compared to lots of the other rubbish others are posting here!

Makes no sense putting that amount of cash in a trading account and not making full use of it, might as well be sitting in a bank on high yield.

Look up risk adjusted returns. It seems like you dont know the concept😎
Exactly like L3CAP said, each investor can set their own risk. This is an extremely conservative account, other accounts can be traded with much higher risk which produces better returns. It all depends on investors risk tolerance.
