Trading is all about your comfort. If you are doing great with intra day, you can continue with that. For weely trading I think you can do some demo trading with your strategy. M15 strategy and D1 strategy are not same. You have to be compatible with it. After then you can switch.

Hourly time frame is best for day trading. Minute time frame give less information about market.

For trader should not trade on any time frame below H1. In 30m, 15m, and 5m charts there is so much noise. People start to over trade due to small time frame. A trader always should focus on developing good habit.

You are right, you definitely have to find a trading method and timeframe that suits your personality, your goals and your lifestyle. It can take a while for trading to really become comfortable, though.

Calculation of possible risks and a properly constructed trading plan will relieve you of the discomfort associated with uncertainty. If you cannot control the market, then you need to control yourself.

@Thetafyn Yes it is. Because every person is different psychologically. What works for you, may not work for me. As our thinking might not be the same.

You must create a place of satisfaction to trade. You must create a trading plan from your comfort zone. If that is possible then the profit will be much easier.

I wouldn't call it a comfort but yes, the trading strategy should be organic with you. I wouldn't say it a comfort because by comfort we usually thing of something that will never change. Like the chair is comfortable because it is soft, and we will always find soft chairs to be comfortable, right? Trading should coincide with your personal vision of the market, so it is not a good idea to start using a trading strategy before you have any attitude of how the trading should look like and what your approaches are.
