Skrill told me that to submit address verification document.
After submission, long time no response.
No matter send how many email, they seems ignore them.
They have no live chat, no telephone number.
My account already frozen for a week. Dont when will be ended.

I had the same problems....I eventually gave up on them. I opted to work around them rather.

For me is the best service i got up to now from these pay systems.
Always solve issues per phone etc.
Of course you must do some verification at beginning.
But always very helpful and fast.

the same happened to me. youll have to speak with them through the phone. Dont wait, i waited one month, and nothing happened until i phoned to solve my problem.
