Which real accounts have most dollar profits here?

Hi!
I'd like to search for accounts that have most dollar/euro, not percentage profit here. Also I have noticed that abs. gain%
is much more accurate than gain% here...if you want money, not percentages :-)
I know all live accounts are not really hard cash, some are cent accounts for example, but I can filter them out when I spot them...
Those who hide balances and have something to show, you could show it and then hide again if you wish, but if I were selecting e.g PAMM manager, I would not look into track record that hides dollar-profits...
As starting poing, I'll provide my own accounts. Let's keep at least $4000/3000€ lower limit, and not list anything below that.
Old accounts are ok, they don't have to be active now.
